What You’ll Bring
- Reliability, punctuality, and strong attention to detail
- A valid driver’s licence and reliable transport
- A smartphone for scheduling and communication
- A current Police Clearance (issued within the last 12 months)is required before employment can commence. If you don’t already have one, you can apply online through an ACIC-accredited provider such as National Crime Check or Australian National Character Check.
- Ability to pass a drug and alcohol screening
- Physically fit with a positive, “can do” attitude
- Honest, motivated, and team-oriented
- Availability for 15–38 hours per week (with potential for more over time)
- A valid White Card (Construction Induction) is also required for certain sites. If you don’t have one yet, you’ll need to obtain it before starting work on those projects.
Your Role
As a Casual Cleaner with Hartlock, you’ll be part of a dedicated and professional team that takes pride in delivering consistent, high-quality cleaning services.
Your responsibilities Will include:
- Arriving to each shift on time, ready to work, and presenting yourself professionally.
- Providing cleaning services including vacuuming, mopping, dusting, sanitising bathrooms, kitchens, and windows
- Maintaining reliability, honesty, and trustworthiness in all aspects of your work
- Taking care of all cleaning equipment provided and ensuring it is kept clean, secure, and in good condition
- Keeping your vehicle clean, tidy, and in safe working order — as it forms part of your workplace and represents the company on the road
- Respecting clients’ property and privacy at all times
- Following Workplace Health and Safety policies and procedures
- Clocking on and off accurately using our team app, and keeping to the allocated time for each job
- Completing assigned training videos and quizzes to maintain skill standards and ensure consistent service delivery
- Working independently and as part of a team
